Autistic Burnout

Autism & Chronic illness

Does This Sound Familiar?

  • You have a lifetime of feeling like others don’t understand you, and you’re not always sure how to understand yourself.

  • You believe it has to be possible to not spiral into meltdowns or dissociate into shutdowns so often, but you have no idea how to make them happen less.

  • You’re so deep into autistic burnout that even the smallest tasks in your day feel impossible sometimes, and you don’t know how much you should or even can push through.

  • Past therapy has left you feeling more broken and/or misunderstood than when you started.

hi. i’m Erin.

This is a space where you can unmask and be fully, Autistically you.

I help late diagnosed autistic people overcome challenges related to living in an non-autistic world, in order to survive and find autistic joy.

Drawing on my own lived experience in addition to experience working with autistic people, I collaborate with my clients to understand how to work with their brains, adapting neurotypical coping skills and techniques to be useful for their unique wiring.

My clients leave therapy with increased self-acceptance and awareness of what supports they need to be successful and find joy.
